Head over heels for a married Virgo man

I'm a Capricorn and I think this Virgo might be out of his mind. He's married, he's about a decade older than I am. He's a mentor, and I, a student; things don't seem to be working in my favor. But in all honesty, I believe we click on a platonic level. Yes, he does touch me in the most innocent way whenever he tries to get my attention, but because he does it often, it makes me wonder. He tries to be near me, stands real close, and I catch him staring at me all the time from a cozy distance with piercing eyes, as if he's studying my every move. He's changed his schedule so much so that we see each other all the time. We'd take the train home together and he just unwinds, I love hearing him unravel his mind. I'm now an intern, and the Virgo, my supervisor. Things just get more and more interesting as our strange bond develops. But I'm afraid that I might hurt his job, his marriage, and his overall stability in life. But I can certainly admit that I am head d over heels for him. Would I be selfish if I decided to be impulsive one day? What should I do? Oh, and I'm a month away from being legal, how convenient?! Jeez, this is a pickle, but I love it! There are other, more suitable baited options, but the chemistry isn't the same... I hope someone finds this post and sees some hope in this situation.
