Pisces Aquarius Compatibility

Pisces Aquarius is typically a bad combination. Neither of you are likely to get what you want, much less what you need from this partnership.

As with all low scoring combinations, it can still work well if you’re both prepared to compromise in key areas, in this instance however you’re far more likely to be okay with that than your Aquarius is, so things are largely out of your control.

There are some exceptions which can make this combination more workable from your side. For example, if you judge yourself to be particularly successful in life, this combination can work, as the issues of self respect and confidence won’t be nearly as fundamental to you as they would otherwise.

Similarly if your Aquarian has recently lost a loved one they may well appreciate your empathetic and nurturing style a lot more than they otherwise would. In the absence of these abnormal situations though, you really have very little in common in the long term.

You’ll probably find your Aquarian fascinating initially. Their fast mind, articulate nature, constant stream of ideas and interests - overall your partner is likely to strike you as some kind of undiscovered genius. It’s also possible you share some interests, perhaps in a creative or metaphysical direction.

As things progress however your Aquarian will start to seem somewhat inaccessible – aloof and possibly uncaring. You’re a very flexible person, and will start to try your best to accommodate them. Wherever there is give and take in this combination it will largely be you doing the giving. Of course, you won’t have much of a problem with that in the short term however.

You may have trouble dealing with your Aquarius frequent distractions, and feel that often they aren’t putting you first. Unlike more emotional signs, they can get wrapped up in work and ‘forget’ about more mundane responsibilities. (Don’t take this personally! When Aquarians are on a roll they can even ‘forget’ about things like eating!)

Similarly they may seem a little too objective or harsh in their judgment, lacking in sensitivity or compassion. To clarify this, you both can be very caring people, however your approaches are very different. You prefer to help people one on one, whereas your Aquarius is far more interested in the common good, often appearing uncaring in one on one situations, such as relationships.

Overall, this partner is really too cold and analytical for you on a one to one level, and a lot more stubborn than it first appears. You’ll end up having to make numerous sacrifices to make this work, and there’s a good chance it won’t be very satisfying overall.

Sex

As with other areas, Aquarius is too cool and detached for your taste. Aquarians are exciting and adventurous lovers, always willing to experiment and try new things. They look on sex as more of a fun activity than as a spiritual or even emotional experience. You’ll probably find your styles highly incompatible in this respect. Unfulfilling to you, and possibly boring to them.
