Scorpio missing my Leo. Help?

I'm a Scorpio girl who fell madly in love with a Leo guy. We were both still really young and were always trying to out-do each other. He always made fun of me and teased me. Of course, being a Scorpio, i took it very personally and 'stung' him...really bad.

Now im angry at myself for doing such a thing. I've never stopped loving him, i was just so immature and my emotions got the better of me. Im almost positive he hates me now. He refuses to look at me. I know leo's and scorpio's probably arent meant to be but i want to at least be friends. So, any ideas people??
