My taurus man travels a lot & i noticed he didn't have a decent toiletry bag. So i bought him one with all his favourite products in it. He realy was surprised and loved it. To this day he uses it everywhere he goes & that was in 2009. After that we had one of the best love making sessions ever.

I am a taurus male and its very funny how my perfect gift is listed... as well as my 2nd 3rd 4th etc =) seems down to a tee here .. but personaly i dont like kindles i like the feel of a good book ...
1: Gourmet food
2: clothes (mainly shoes/jackets)
3: jewelry/watches

and maybe something not physical ... mabye something like a picnic with beautiful surroundings and someone beautiful to share it with =)

Rather than spending money on a Taurus, take them somewhere beautiful and spend the whole day relaxing there and enjoying each other. Bring plenty of food and drink and give them plenty of attention. Don't let them think they have to do anything for you on this day (they will keep trying) it's their gift isn't it? Im a Taurus and I know that I would enjoy this more than any tangible gift. If you want to give me a material gift, do it on a day that would ordinarily have no significance. Supprise me! Oh but if ur going to take them somewhere be ready to force them to go if they "pretend" to be lazy and uninterested. I think I like to say I don't want to do something because I want to see if the other person is really passionate about the idea. If they aren't passionate about it, why should I be? (don't get confused though, if a taurean really doesn't want to do something they will make it very clear. They will sometimes say things like: "I'm tired" or "I've been worki ng all week" or something, but they really want you to convince them to go) Once they are out of the door and on the road they will be totally into the idea. We need pushing sometimes

But good tangible gifts are (for me) quirky little things that other people don't understand the significance of. Like a strange sculpture that looks really weird. We like to look at it and figure out what the artist was thinking and feeling. Puzzles are fun, like the rubiks cube. Things like very expensive headphones, nice cooking items, new technology etc. A NuWave oven is a perfect gift. Be careful when buying technology and things like that though. We like the top of the line, best of the best, newest items on the market (don't buy the 32gig iPod when there is a 64gig version sitting next to it) but only if they have rave reviews by people who have bought it already. 10 reviews aren't enough, I read at least 50 people's reviews on each item before I make a purchasing decision.

Basically make sure ur gift has a lot of thought put into it, ur Taurus will spend plenty of time on ur gifts as well :)

The more expensive Kindles allow you to send and receive both emails and texts with no monthly subscription. This can save a small fortune if your man currently uses a cell phone with an expensive data plan to do so.

Video games and consoles

There was a time when video games were for kids. These days however there are many titles which adults enjoy, and it's not uncommon for a video game to be the centerpiece of male gatherings.

I've even heard of couples who use console fighting games to resolve arguments. If you can kick your mans butt in a boxing or kung fu game you will score major sexy points. Every guy under 45 secretly wants a woman who likes to play video games.

Netbooks and laptops

Laptops and Netbooks can get fairly expensive ($300-$1500), however there are also lots of accessories for them which are much more affordable, and ironically often last longer than the laptop itself (so buying universal accessories which fit any model is a good idea when possible)

Some accessories are really just gimmicks, however there are a few which can be invaluable. Amongst the more useful ones are carrying cases (the stronger the better) external keyboards (many built in keyboards are very uncomfortable to use if you have big hands) and portable storage devices (USB drives, passports etc). Spare batteries and cable locks are also very useful if your man travels much.

Tools and the home

If your Taurus man takes a lot of pride in his home, or is the practical type then tools may be a good choice, especially if you've recently bought a home together, or plan to do so.

As a side note, women are sometimes reluctant to buy tools for their man thinking it's the equivalent of them receiving a vacuum cleaner (which generally they don't want!) Guys tend to look at things slightly differently however. Tools are more like toys, and receiving them from a partner is often seen as a tribute to ones manliness. I suggest avoiding these because there's no agreed upon standard for them. There are various conflicting systems which match a stone to months and sun signs. It's almost guaranteed that if you give your beloved a necklace or ring with a certain significant stone, someone will later tell him it's the wrong one!

Most men are more interested in the goodies inside than the wrapping, so again this isn't an area which benefits from too much thought or expense. This is one area where guys almost universally differ from women when receiving gifts (yes, we'll tell you the wrapping is awesome, but generally we're just being polite!) "Save the money on the wrapping and buy us a bigger toy!"
