You like to socialize, whereas this partner often likes to stay home and relax instead. This is a partner who likes routine, whereas often you don't. They also probably wont share your need for occasional drama to keep life interesting. In this respect you may find them slightly boring, reserved or timid. On the surface this can make for a good couple. Your practical nature and clear thinking, together with your partners ambition and enthusiasm. You'll help organize their (probably chaotic!) life, while they encourage you to let your hair down and have fun occasionally - a great team!

Problems arise in two main areas. The first is that you're both very skilled organizers, you by thought process, and your Leo by force of will (regardless of whether they have an actual plan or not!). It's quite likely that often you'll have a solid plan, and your Leo will try to trample all over it in their desire to lead the way, which you may find somewhat infuriating at times.

The second area of potential problems is that you can be fairly critical, and criticism is the one thing sure to annoy a Leo! It wouldn't be nearly so bad if your fast mind wasn't capable of puncturing your Leos ego in a hundred different ways!

Both of the above are fairly likely to start a vicious circle of bossiness, resentment, criticism and arguments if they're not caught early. In this respect your Leo really prefers a timid partner, and while you may not be the best at saying 'no' you certainly don't like to have a partner walk all over you.

Finances are a third area which may cause friction in a Virgo Leo combination. It's likely you will prefer it if your Leo worked a little harder, played a little less, and spent money a little more responsibly. On the other hand, this is partner who will encourage you to 'live a little' and as such if you can find middle ground you may both benefit.

As to other elements of your personalities, you tend to be fairly humble, while this partner just plain isn't, and you may come to dislike their need for drama as a means to get attention. Similarly, they like to socialize and be the center of attention, while you often prefer a more routine and peaceful life.

Flirting is a final area of potential conflict. While your Leo is very likely to be loyal once committed, they have a fundamental need for the admiration and approval of others. There can be a very fine line between this and flirting.
