Libra woman and Aries man.... To be or not to be?

I am a libra woman who met an aries man last christmas, at the time i was in a relationship but since then that has changed. The problem is he lives abroad where a relative of mine lives and i live in England, we went out 5 times when i was there visiting this relative a week ago and we have arranged to meet in England in 2 weeks for the weekend. So much of me wants to move to be close to my relative and to him... But i just dont know what he wants. Havnt felt this chemistry for a long time and can sometimes feel the emotion about to fall out of my lips... Is it too soon to be thinking this way?
