Seducing Aries

Seducing Aries is usually fairly easy compared to some of the other zodiac signs. These are hunters and absolutely can’t resist the thrill of the chase. They’re very impulsive, have nerves of steel, and don't have a problem taking risks to get what they want. Best of all they don’t over analyze a situation before acting. They’re also naturally flirtatious, and not overly intuitive. All in all, a perfect combination (for you!)

The key to seducing an Aries is to make them come to you. Don’t let them realize you’re pursuing them, as that will turn them off. Think of them as a cat, and you’re a piece of string. Play hard to get. Alternate between flirting outrageously with them, and then appearing indifferent, timid or shy. They need to feel like the initiator here, and not you.

Flirting with an Aries

These folks like passion. Subtlety, philosophical debate and mind games aren’t their thing. So you don’t want to impress their mind; you want to get their blood pumping.

Be as blunt and sexy as you dare. Lots of eye contact, sexual innuendo, flash some skin if you’ve got it – and each time you do a ‘bad/sexy/inappropriate’ thing apologize and back off timidly for a while. Remember that cat and the string.

When you’re ready to catch them in your net, tell them how much you want them – and be as fiery and passionate as possible. Once you have their full attention, give them a weak reason why a relationship would be a bad idea. Appear to be too shy/indecisive/afraid to be able to do anything about it.

Now sit back and wait (don’t worry, we’re talking minutes here, not days!) Aries will cross a snow covered mountain, barefoot, to get something they want. This may be counterintuitive, but they don’t want to compromise, or negotiate, or intellectualize; they want the sport of getting what they can’t have!

I've had several emails on this topic now asking for clarification, so I'll include an example below, and then answer the points which seem to be causing confusion:

The main point to remember is that Aries men hate to be smothered. They like vulnerable women, but not needy ones. That's a subtle but huge difference. To use your example to illustrate:

If he asks you out you can agree or you can put him off, whichever you prefer. There's no harm in doing either. The key thing not to do is to ask him out (or call him too much, or to discuss your future together, your plans to marry him etc).

On the sexual side, you want to flirt and tease a lot. You can't flirt too much with an Aries. Just keep in mind though that the thrill of the chase is half the fun for him... so don't give out any rewards too soon or too easily. The trick though is that you need to let him know he is making progress.

So as an example, on the first date kiss him on the cheek, second date kiss him on the mouth, third date a french kiss etc. It doesn't matter where you create these boundaries, just make sure to increase them steadily. Trust me, he is keeping track of such things!

The times Aries move on are when you give everything up on a first date. They aren't attached to you by that point, and there's no longer any sport in chasing you. That's a lose:lose with them.
