Seducing Capricorn usually takes a little patience, and a healthy dose of ambition and practicality. They are attracted to stability and emotional maturity, and like ambitious and hard working people. If you're successful and powerful, or at least working towards it, then you'll have a big advantage. For these reasons, this is a sign which often prefers slightly older and more established lovers.

Capricorns really dislike reckless or lazy people, so your first task is to highlight how stable, sensible and hardworking you are. Talking about careers and ambitions is a necessary first step if you want to be taken seriously. Once reassured that you take such things seriously however you can switch to the fun stuff.

You'll probably be thinking by this point that your Capricorn is shy, aloof and generally in control of their life. Don't be fooled however; while they usually appear calm and collected on the outside (public image is very important to them) they’re very playful, light-hearted and often insecure underneath. Seducing Capricorn may seem like a lot of hard work if you don't see past the veneer in this respect. Again, under the surface they have a fairly wicked or silly sense of humor, and enjoy those with the same.

Capricorns enjoy status, so choose somewhere classy and ideally expensive. If it’s an older style restaurant so much the better. Stick with something like a steak restaurant over anything too exotic.

Getting your Capricorn into bed

Capricorns are notoriously cautious and stubburn, so it won't be easy to rush yours into bed. Your Capricorn will want to analyze, consider, plan, mentally rehearse and generally mull things over before going very far. It's very unlikely you'll get more than a kiss on a first date. Don’t rush things as the default answer will nearly always be the conservative ‘no’, and pushing too hard will make them even less enthusiastic.

If you’re patient, you’ll find that one day all their reservations just suddenly vanish, and there's no stopping them from that point onwards. Once their mental preparation is complete they'll quite possibly be the one to do the pursuing, while you wonder what happened, and if it’s the same person you were dating last week!..
